Spicy Chinese Pork Recipe

Pork — 300 g
Green onions — 2 feathers
Garlic — 1 clove
Rice vinegar — 2 tbsp
Soy sauce — 7 tablespoons
Potato starch — 4 tsp
Carrots — 1 pc
Balsamic vinegar — 1 tsp
Chili or ground hot red pepper — 1 tsp
China mixture usanmyan — 1 tsp
Sunflower oil — 3-4 tbsp
Salt — a pinch.

First, prepare a marinade for meat. To do this, pour into a bowl 5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, add 2 tsp potato starch and 1 teaspoon usanmyan seasonings. All this is well mixed.
